Dr. Visit

I'm feeling very troubled after my OB visit today. First she was concerned about my weight (121) being so low and looked back to tell me my starting weight when she saw me for my last pregnancy was 125. I reminded her that I didn't see her until I was almost 20 weeks so she asked if having a low starting weight was normal for my pregnancies, yes of course. So we discussed the progesterone and spotting I've been having when it goes a week between shots she said that I may need shots twice a week etc and we will decide after my levels come back. She said bleeding/spotting this early could be leading to a miscarriage or I may have a Subchorionic hemorrhage. I had one with second daughter but didn't actually spot as often. Then I tell her about the ultrasound I had done and the heartbeat was 122bpm at 6 weeks. She said that was really low and she would expect to see it higher with another ultrasound. At 6 weeks our son's was 106, first daughter was 115 & second daughter was 105. Turns out though for 6 weeks normal is 90-110 so I'd say 122 is excellent. So she wants me to have an ultrasound done asap to rule out threatened miscarriage. In my heart I know it's all linked to progesterone levels and baby is likely fine but hearing that worst case just crushes me. Prayeing for this precious little one and my peace of mind so I don't stress the baby.
