Nurse sent me a message telling me results from Sept 21 labs indicated my white blood cell count was a liitle elevated but my progesterone level looked good so the Dr just wanted to wait and see what my ultrasound results show. Progesterone was 39. I started using the topical progesterone cream again Sept 25th because I felt like I needed that support and it's what I used last pregnancy without any problems.

Pregnancy cravings. So far: This time I cannot eat any bread crust on my PB&J sandwiches and I'm craving Mexican food. Quesadilla Mexico Lindo to be exact, it has the fajita like chicken with bacon and mozzarella folded up into the shell, yum! With our son I craved twizzlers and Bean Burritos no onions from Taco Bell. Our first daughter was a Reese's Peanut Butter cup every night at 11pm and sausage biscuit with cheese from McDonalds. Second daughter was dill chips and Steak cooked medium sometimes dipped in mustard along with sweet potato fries from Coltons.
Good news!! I was feeling pretty cruddy today but was able to get in late afternoon for the ultrasound. Dr wanted me to have done asap to rule out miscarriage. I'm going to continue to have faith in God's assurances and trust my mommy instincts from now on! Baby is doing great😍. Measuring perfectly and heartrate went from 122bpm at 6w3d to 163bpm today at 8w3d. I should rest easier tonight.  I'm feeling very troubled after my OB visit today. First she was concerned about my weight (121) being so low and looked back to tell me my starting weight when she saw me for my last pregnancy was 125. I reminded her that I didn't see her until I was almost 20 weeks so she asked if having a low starting weight was normal for my pregnancies, yes of course. So we discussed the progesterone and spotting I've been having when it goes a week between shots she said that I may need shots twice a week etc and we will decide after my levels come back. She said bleeding/spotting this early could be leading to a miscarriage or I may have a Subchorionic hemorrhage. I had one with second daughter but didn't actually spot as often. Then I tell her about the ultrasound I had done and the heartbeat was 122bpm at 6 weeks. She said that was really low and she would expect to see it higher with another ultrasound. At 6 weeks our son's was 106, first daughter was 115 & second daughter was 105. Turns out though for 6 weeks normal is 90-110 so I'd say 122 is excellent. So she wants me to have an ultrasound done asap to rule out threatened miscarriage. In my heart I know it's all linked to progesterone levels and baby is likely fine but hearing that worst case just crushes me. Prayeing for this precious little one and my peace of mind so I don't stress the baby.
I started spotting pretty heavily when I wipe but it is brown, it occurred before when my progesterone levels were low so I contacted the Dr office. I'm taking another 200mg progesterone injection today.
Progesterone was 25.9 up from 16.1 so now I wait for my appointment to see the Dr and continue taking the 200mg progesterone oral everyday.
Of course we told husbands parents September 7th but now we've announced publicly. Baby was measuring perfectly with a heartrate of 122bpm.  Progesterone was 37.5 so I remained on just the 200mg oral progesterone. Blood test showed my level dropped to 16.1 so I had another 200mg injection.

Ean RigelPrecious Boy so loved by Mommy, Daddy, 3 siblings. He arrived in Heaven when his heart stopped at 13w2d on October 26, 2017. His body was delivered 13w6d on October 30, 2017 @ 10:30PM. He was 4.25in long and weighed 0.96oz. He was laid to rest November 4, 2017 @ 2PM. He will be forever loved and remembered. Ean Rigel is buried with siblings Riley Ember and Willow Rayne and are all together in Heaven with their four other siblings.
